Data deletion

If you want funnls to delete your personal data and any data we've received from connected platforms (Meta, Shopify, Google, Klaviyo, others), here's how.
Delete your account yourself
The fastest way to delete your data is from inside funnls:
- Sign in at funnls.ai/login.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Click Delete account at the bottom of the page and confirm.
Account deletion immediately revokes any connected-platform tokens (Shopify, Meta, Google, Klaviyo, etc.) so funnls stops accessing those platforms. We then delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax and billing records).
Request deletion by email
Prefer not to sign in? Email us at hey@funnls.ai from the email address on your account, with the subject Data deletion request. We respond within 5 business days and process the deletion within 30 days.
Meta-initiated deletion
If you remove funnls from your Facebook account’s Business Integrations, Meta will send us an automated deletion request and you’ll be redirected to this page with a confirmation ID. The same 30-day deletion timeline applies.
To remove funnls from your Facebook account directly:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
- Find funnls in the list of connected apps.
- Click Remove and confirm.
What we delete
- Your account, name, email, password hash, workspace metadata.
- OAuth tokens for any connected platforms.
- Cached data we’ve pulled from connected platforms (campaign metrics, product catalogues, customer aggregates, etc.).
- Brand books, ad creative, email drafts, and other AI-generated content stored in your workspace.
- Uploaded files (logos, photography, brand assets).
- Activity logs and product-analytics events tied to your account.
What we may keep
We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself (confirmation ID, timestamp, account email hash) for audit and compliance purposes, plus any records we are legally required to keep (e.g. tax documentation, Stripe payment receipts). Aggregated, de-identified data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for product analytics.
